• Basic Dimensions: Bore 8mm x Outer Diameter 25mm x Width 15mm.

• Structural Features: A variant of deep groove ball bearings. The outer ring has a "V" shaped (UV type) guide groove that mates with corresponding rails for rolling and guidance. Equipped with an RS contact rubber seal on one side to effectively prevent dust and fine debris ingress. Uses a polyamide (nylon) cage, which is lightweight, low-noise, and ensures smooth operation.

Specific scenarios include: moving guide wheels for the print head on the X/Y axis of 3D printers, lens movement systems in laser cutters, guide wheels for tooling plates on light assembly lines, transmission pulleys for automatic curtain opening/closing systems, and various light automation modules that require converting rotary motion to linear motion or need guiding support.

• Material: Bearing steel GCr15, cage made of engineering plastic polyamide, seal made of oil-resistant rubber.

• Precision Grade: Complies with general precision standards such as ABEC-1 or P0, suitable for common industrial applications.

• Lubrication: Pre-lubricated with high-quality lithium-based grease at the factory, suitable for常规 temperatures and speeds.

• Load & Speed: Suitable for medium-low loads and medium speeds. Please refer to the manufacturer's datasheet for specific dynamic load ratings and speed limits. Avoid overload and overspeed operation.

• Installation Requirements: Must be used with matching V-shaped rails or shafts. Ensure cleanliness during installation, avoid forceful hammering, and maintain good alignment with mating components.
